By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By using baobun, you agree to the following terms:

You shall not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
You shall not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other users or servers;
You shall not attempt to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the service or any associated systems or networks;
Scraping or harvesting data from the service is strictly prohibited;
Copyright infringement is not tolerated. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service does not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights;
The Service is subject to Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You agree to comply with these terms and guidelines while using the Service.
3. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't make any promises or warranties about its reliability, availability or accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall the developers of the Service ever be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
4. Termination
Please report any use of the service that violates these terms to the developers.
By using the service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
The developers reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without notice. The developers may also terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
5. Representation
Only official Team Members of baobun are authorized to make statements, commitments, or official announcements on behalf of the project.
Any statements, advice or opinions shared by Helpers, Staff Members, or Community Moderators do NOT represent the official position of baobun or its team.
Users should only rely on information provided by the official Team Members listed below.
