1. Data Collection
Within the baobun Discord bot, we may collect the following data:
Discord IDs: We may store unique identifiers such as the ID of any user, any server, any roles, any channels and any messages.
Interactions/Commands: Any data that you directly give to the bot (any interaction with the bot or triggering a command) may be stored.
Logging Feature: If the server has enabled our logging feature, your message content may be sent to a channel after deletion in that server, but it will not be stored in any of our databases or such, we do not have any access to it, only the server does.
Bot Customization: If you customize the bot's appearance in your server using the /customize command, those settings (like profile picture, banner, about me, etc) will be sent to our servers to ensure that it is not appropriate. Any abuse will lead to the user and server being blacklisted from using Baobun entirely.
Analytics: We may collect anonymous* usage data to improve the bot and its features. This data is not fully anonymized when the bot encounters an unexpected errors, in which case it may include your Discord ID, the server ID, and the command that caused the error.
Within the Website, we may collect the following data:
When you visit our website, we automatically collect metadata about your visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and time of access.
We also use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (page views, events, device/browser information, etc) to help improve the site, and understand usage patterns of our users.
We do not share this data with any third parties, except as required by law. We also do not use Google Analytics to collect personally identifiable information (PII) unless you explicitly provide it to us.
This data is used to improve the performance and security of the website.
Within the Dashboard:
We may collect your Discord ID and any settings you change within the dashboard to provide the service.
We do not store your e-mail address on our servers anywhere. We only store various OAuth2 tokens to keep you logged in and Discord IDs.
2. Usage of Data & Security
We do not use your data for any purpose other than to provide the Service. We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties. We do not train any AI models with your data, and we do not use your data for any advertising purposes.
The data we collect is stored for no other purpose than to provide the Service. We make sure that your data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized personnel. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access, but please remember that: no method of transmission of data over the internet is 100% secure.

We may use cookies and other similar technologies to enhance your experience on our website. We use Google Analytics, which is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC.
